About Us

Plotsky Medical Associates is an adult Internal Medicine practice that has been serving our community for over 15 years. Our healthcare professional group includes Dr. Jonathan Plotsky, Dr. Jin Kang, Dr. Sujoy Tagore, Natalee Palacio, MPAS, PA-C (Certified Physician Assistant), and Marnie Bernard, PA-C (Certified Physician Assistant). We also have a full time phlebotomist onsite to expedite your laboratory needs. We work together as a team to comprehensively manage acute, as well as, chronic illness with a focus on diabetes, high blood pressure, and elevated cholesterol.

We place a strong emphasis on preventative medicine which helps to detect chronic medical conditions before they become serious health concerns. In addition, we treat a wide variety of acute illnesses and injuries, perform school and sports exams, as well as routine adult care.

In most situations, we are able to see patients the same day and also strive to offer same day new patient visits. It is our practice goal to see our patients for their acute care needs, decreasing the need for visits to urgent care and pharmacy clinics, while providing continuity of care.

We offer flexible scheduling Monday through Friday with appointments from 7:45am through 5:00pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays and 8:15am through 4:00pm on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays to ensure that your planned future appointments or unplanned same day sick appointments will be granted without delays.
