Dr. Jonathan Plotsky

Internal Medicine

Dr. Plotsky graduated from George Washington University Medical School in 1986 and completed his residency in internal medicine through the University of Pittsburgh in 1989. Dr. Plotsky is board certified in Internal Medicine and has practiced primary care medicine in Montgomery County for over 20 years.

Dr. Jin Moon Kang

Dr. Jin Moon Kang

Family Medicine

Dr. Kang graduated from Albany Medical College in 1988 and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology in 1992. From 1992 until 2003, Dr. Kang practiced as a clinician and an educator in the OB/GYN field. Dr. Kang then completed her residency through Georgetown University/Providence Hospital Family Practice residency program in 2005. She is board certified in Family Medicine, Obstetrics, and Gynecology.

Dr. Sujoy Tagore

Dr.Tagore graduated from the Temple University School of Medicine and the Department of Health Education with a combined MD/MPH degree in 2004. Dr.Tagore then trained at Georgetown University Hospital and completed his Internal Medicine residency in 2007. He is board certified in internal medicine. Dr.Tagore has spent time practicing medicine abroad in underserved regions of the world and has spent several years practicing hospital-based medicine prior to transitioning to primary care with Plotsky Medical Associates.

Natalee Palacio, MPAS, PA-C

Certified Physician Assistant

Natalee received her Masters degree from George Washington University in 2007. She is board certified from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Prior to joining Plotsky Medical Associates in September 2009, Natalee worked in Internal Medicine at a private practice in Bethesda. Natalee heads our diabetes program at Plotsky Medical and has a special interest in nutrition counseling for diabetes.

Marnie Bernard, PA-C

Certified Physician Assistant

Marnie obtained her physician assistant degree from Howard University in Washington, D.C. in 2005. She worked for two years with the United States Coast Guard in a supervisory and training capacity for the corpsman in addition to her physician assistant duties. Marnie also has a background in cardiovascular disease prevention and management. In her spare time she enjoys yoga and pilates and spending quality time with her son and dog Snowflake.
